I worked in, and sometimes led, a team of 18, helping customers complete the registration and swabbing process for Lateral Flow Tests, then processing those tests, before reporting the results to NHS Test and Trace.
Assisting customers with test registration on either their mobile device or the site’s own devices
Instructing customers how to complete the swabbing process, according to prescribed guidelines
Cleaning swabbing booths between each customer
Processing lateral flow tests according to Public Health England and NHS Test and Trace guidelines
Reporting test results to NHS Test and Trace via a mobile device
Youth Event Representative (Voluntary) - TEDxRoyalTunbridgeWells - March 2017 to July 2020
I sat on the main organising committee of 20 members. I advised on key decisions and assisted the committee in marketing the event to young people, expanding their market for event ticket sales. Additionally, I helped film and edit some of the finished talks for upload to TEDx’s YouTube channel.
To provide a youth perspective on the committee and the annual TEDxRTW events, by proposing how to make the event attractive and appealing to young people
To support the event days, as part of the behind the scenes event crew with specific responsibilities for operating the stage lighting at Tunbridge Wells Assembly Hall Theatre
To promote the event to young people via social media and word-of-mouth networking
Swimming Gala Organiser, Timing and Systems (Voluntary) - Tunbridge Wells Primary Schools Sports Association - February 2017 to February 2020
I organised all systems and poolside operations for the event, ranging from gathering and co-ordinating officials to leading the capture of event results and scores. I worked with the two teachers who lead other aspects and liaison with teams to ensure a smoothly run event.

Football Fiesta Coordinator (Voluntary) - Langton Green Community Sports Association - June 2016 to June 2018
This role involved collating results and managing the annual Langton Green Football Fiesta results and fixtures systems, with tasks from checking fixtures beforehand to coordinating knockout stages for various age groups during the fiesta, a high intensity and fast-paced environment.
This event runs over two days, involving approximately 200 teams, 2000 players and over 600 fixtures.
Tournament Organiser, Fixtures and Results - West Kent Schools Football Association/mSporti - May 2016 to October 2018
This role involved collating results and managing the WKSFA tournament results and fixture systems, comprising of up to 3 tournaments each year, with up to 24 teams and up to 100 fixtures per tournament.
Worked on the Tunbridge Wells Puppetry Festival as a Backstage Technician and Front of House volunteer
Successfully auditioned to become a backstage member of the National Youth Theatre of Great Britain at 16 (the youngest a backstage member can be)
Member of Trinity Backstage Youth Theatre for three years
Involvement includes four Deputy Stage Manager roles, one Assistant Director role and one Acting Ensemble role
Held multiple student leadership roles at The Skinners' Kent Academy, including Head of House (Year 12), Head Student (Year 10) and Student Librarian (Year 8).
